What is your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans can change. If for any reason you cannot make a session, then we are happy for you to attend another class time of the same program. So that we can best accommodate you, please email us at least 24 hours ahead at moversandmakers@kinectco.com.au with your name, your child’s name and which class you will be missing.

For any circumstances, if you cannot commit to a full term it will be carried onto the next.

What is your Refunds Policy?

Please note that we do not offer refunds.

What do I wear and bring?

At Movers & Makers we recommend children wear old, comfortable clothes. Please be mindful that the parent/guardian will be interacting closely with their child, so you may want to wear something comfortable yourself.

At Soccajoeys we recommend children wear comfortable athletic attire. Please wear sneakers/shoes and NOT soccer boots as this is an indoor program.

For Movers & Makers sessions, we recommend you bring:

  • A change of clothes

  • Wipes

  • Plastic bag for dirty clothes

How many children are in a session?

We aim to have no more than 10 children in each session, so that each child receives individual attention and has the time to explore each item at their own pace.

I have more than one child. Can I get a discount? 

Absolutely! We offer a 25% sibling discount to your second child (and each subsequent child!) To validate, you will need to process the discounted order after completing the full-priced booking. See our Availabilities, select ‘Redeem Coupon’ at the top left and enter the code SIBLINGLOVE.

Older siblings (pre-school or school) are welcome to come along but must be supervised at all times. If they wish to participate in the session then they must be booked in. 

How and when do I pay? 

Booking online is the fastest way to secure your spot. Simply visit our Availabilities, and choose your preferred class from our schedule. You can then make payment via our secure Acuity portal.

If you prefer to pay later, then you can request to reserve a spot for either Movers & Makers or Soccajoeys. Just complete the request form, and we will get back to you with a confirmation and payment details. Please note that full payment must be received within 7 days via EFT. Please email a copy of your remittance for our records. If payment is late, then you will risk losing your reservation.

Is there car parking?

There is car parking at the front and rear of Kid & Hub. We are located near the corner of Magill Road and Portrush Road, directly behind Anytime Fitness. Entry via Magill Road only. 

Is there a locker for my personal belongings?

There are no lockers, however there is a bag/shoe station directly in front of the activity hubs. You are required to take responsibility for your own belongings.

What if my child is sick?

For your benefit and the consideration of other children, please do not attend if your child is sick. If you miss a session, then we are happy for you to attend another class time of the same program. For more, please see our Cancellation Policy in the questions above.

Are you a child-minding service? 

No. At least one parent or guardian must be in attendance at Kid & Hub, and you must supervise your children at all times.
